Our Story

Costa and Faezeh Sphikas started Pavlos Souvla from Costa's lifelong passion for cooking. Inspired by his father Paul (Pavlos), who cooked crispy souvla for every family occasion, Costa grew up surrounded by BBQ and souvla. Known as the "go-to" BBQ man for family and friends, Costa decided to turn his love for cooking into a business. Thus, the first Cypriot traditional caterers in Brisbane were born. Cooking remains Costa's passion, bringing joy and smiles to those who enjoy his food.
